I’ve worked as a strategic advisor, coach and facilitator for 25 years.I’ve been involved in the design, development and delivery of 1000's of strategies, innovations and change programmes for more than 250 client organisations around the world, working across more than 25 sectors.
Those clients include VISA, McDonalds, L'Oreal, Unilever, Barclays, EasyJet, Volkswagen, Audi, Fujitsu, Jaguar Land Rover and Telefonica, along with many early stage businesses, SME's and local authorities. As Founder of Mandarin, I use my extensive coaching skills to help managers and leaders navigate – and thrive in – an increasingly complex, uncertain business environment, blending science and research with practical experience and application.
As an accredited Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) practitioner, I also support Executive Teams to build leadership capability, adaptability and resilience.
